Step-by-Step Guide: Managing Your Domain Subscription
Option 1: Cancel Your Domain Subscription
Click your Avatar icon in the top-right corner.
Go to My Pro Account -> Manage subscription.
Under Domain Subscriptions, click Cancel Subscription.
(Note: Studio accounts follow this same process).
Option 2: Turn Off Auto-Renew
Click your Avatar icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Website Builder -> Manage Domains.
Select Manage, then toggle off Auto-renew.
Important Notes:
Domain Ownership: Cancelling your subscription or disabling auto-renew will not delete the domain from your ArtStation account—it only prevents future auto-renewal charges.
Expiration & Reversion: You will maintain full access to your custom domain until its current expiration date. Once expired, your portfolio website will automatically revert to
{username}.artstation.com.
