Customs duties and/or import taxes

When a package arrives in your country, it may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. The cost varies depending on the destination country and the package value and they are calculated by the customs broker handling the package, not ArtStation, which is why they don't show in your total.

Do I need to pay the above-mentioned fees?

If you are required to pay any customs or import taxes when you receive your prints, we'll be happy to help you.

Please pay the required amount first, if possible, so you can get your prints right away and then contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear picture of your receipt showing the paid amount. We'll send a refund your way to cover those charges.

Does the 40% discount also apply to shipping If I buy my own print?

The 40% discount does not apply to shipping on personal print orders and cannot get stacked with any other sale discounts.
