If you are not satisfied with a purchase made in the Digital Marketplace, you may request a refund directly from the seller within 21 days of purchase.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Find the product you want refunded in your Order History and click "Request Refund".
2. Select the reason for the refund, provide more detail and click "Submit"
After the request is submitted, you will see that the refund is pending and that you have the option to cancel, if it is no longer required. The seller will be notified. They will be able to respond to your comment if you require help or accept the refund request.
Once accepted, refunds may take up to 10 business days for bank processing.
You are no longer permitted to use the downloaded products and they must be deleted from your computer after being refunded.

What if the seller never responds to my refund request?
If the seller is unable to respond within 3 business days, let us know by contacting us at support@artstation.com and we'll grant the refund.
Why don't I see the "Request Refund" button for the product on my Order History page?
Refunds for the Digital Marketplace need to be requested within 21 days after purchase. After that, the "Request Refund" button will disappear.
