Pro members and paying customers can expect priority response from ArtStation staff generally within 1-3 business days. We prioritize all support requests according to urgency/severity. If you sent your message in the afternoon or evening, it might only get looked at or responded to the next business day.
Support expectations for free accounts
If you are using a free account on ArtStation, please note that while we do our very best to respond quickly, due to the number of users on ArtStation and the volume of requests we get, we may be unable to get back to you quickly. We are a small, bootstrapped team operating one of the largest sites on the Internet and we ask for your understanding in this matter. Paid accounts and services such as recruiting and advertising all receive priority support and attention. Thank you for your understanding.
