ArtStation enables everyone to buy unique prints from the talented artists in our community. We work with manufacturers to custom print each item just for you and we ship globally.
Here's how it works when you buy a printed product from ArtStation:
1. Order confirmation
Once you have made a purchase, you'll receive an email with an order confirmation. The order then immediately gets put into a processing queue.
2. Manufacturing (takes 7-10 business days)
Once your product is printed (which takes 7-10 business days), it will then be shipped to you. Keep in mind that during the Christmas holidays delays can be expected and some prints might take a few extra days to be processed.
When your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the shipping type, you might also get a tracking number to be able to see where the parcel is at.
4. Hang it on your wall!
Once you receive your product, hurray!
