Customs duties and/or import taxes
When a package arrives in your country, it may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. The cost varies depending on the destination country and the package value and they are calculated by the customs broker handling the package, not ArtStation, reason why they don't show in your total.
Do I need to pay the above-mentioned fees?
If you are required to pay any extra customs or import taxes when you receive your prints, we'll be happy to help you.
Please pay the required amount first, if possible, so you can get your prints right away and then contact us at support@artstation.com with your order number and a clear picture of your receipt showing the paid amount. We'll send a refund your way to cover those charges.
