Shipping & Manufacturing
ArtStation enables everyone to buy unique prints from the talented artists in our community. We work with manufacturers globally to custom print each item just for you.
Here's how it works when you buy a printed product from ArtStation:
1. Order confirmation
Once you have made a purchase, you'll receive an email with an order confirmation. The order then immediately gets put into a processing queue.
2. Manufacturing (takes 3-5 business days)
Your order is then routed to one of our manufacturers worldwide. We have a global network of manufacturers who will custom make your product and have it shipped to you. Once your product is printed (which takes 3-5 days), it will then be shipped to you.
Please Note: As our fulfillment facility will be closed for the holidays, orders will not be processed from December 24th, 2019 to January 3rd, 2020.

When your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the shipping type, you might also get a tracking number to be able to see where the parcel is at.
4. Hang it on your wall!
Once you receive your product, hurray!
