The Talent Folder is only available to Studios with an unlimited posting plan. This functionality allows recruiters and sourcers to create a folder for a position that they would like to fill and add potential candidates in order to create a candidate pool for contact or team review.
Once you've created a folder, you will see the ability to "Add to folder" as you're searching for artists for your open position. You can have an unlimited number of folders
Your added artists will show up in their respective talent folder under the "Talent folder" tab in your Recruitment tools.
You can also share the talent folder with members of your own team or those outside your team by including a password that they will need to access the folder.
